WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. These are the estimated delivery times once your order has been shipped:

• Domestic US orders: 1-2 weeks delivery
• International Orders: 3-6 weeks delivery

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

I do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me @tokki.c.arts@gmail.com or use the CONTACT page on this site. 

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, I do. However, I cannot ship to every country in the world. Please make sure I can ship to your country before placing an order. Your order will be cancelled if your address is not within the places I can ship to.

 

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL IMPORT TAXES?

The customer is responsible for any international import taxes, fees, or additional charges that must be paid to claim their package.
